When holidays ended it brought us that much closer to the ineveitable first day of school. It's not SUCH a big deal for Alyssa, being her 3rd year in school and now entering kindergarten, she is old hat at this. However, it was Hayden's first day EVER! We've now had 3 almost full days and so far, so good ~ although he told me at bed time tonight that "I don't want the children to come into the classroom, just me and Ms. McDowell and Ms. Sylvia". I guess he's looking for a little more attention!
