Gingerbread House Party

This year was the 13th annual gingerbread house party for Micheal, Sarah and Kate. With Grandma passing away before Xmas, things got a little crazy so it ended up being after New Year's (which meant we got to take part). Alyssa had a sleepover with Sarah the night before (first time ever) and we showed up with Hayden around 10. Colleen experimented for the houses this year and made ski chalets. Which, apparently, was an excruciating process of making 3 batches of gingerbread in July. Alyssa and Sarah worked together and Hayden had a "pre-fab" one that Gramma Isy had bought. It was great fun and a lot of sugar was consumed!
