We bought a cheapy kite from the rec store at the hotel. Thought it would be a great time for the kids to try it out. It's amazing how easy it is to fly a kite beside the ocean. You don't even have to run to get it in the air!!! The kids had fun with it and took their turns. Alyssa kept running close to the trees when she got it though and the kite would come close to crashing, but it survived.
