Alyssa and McKenna ~ Deepavali princessesOn October 27, we celebrated Deepavali (Indian holiday) with a holiday from school :). Before the break, the ECE department had special activities for the kids, consisting of Rangoli (rice pictures) and a parade. All kids were asked to show up in traditional Indian dress for the parade around the school. They then went into the courtyard and did some other fun things. It's great these kids are learning about so many different traditions (and we get extra holidays...joking!).

I'm so excited that you have new postings! It's great to see that you are all doing so well over there. I love Alyssa's Indian outfit and that Hayden was stealing from Alyssa's plate! Hilarious. Please give everyone big hugs from me.
